EB Smart Enterprise LLC is an umbrella of small, for-profit, family-owned, and operated businesses that hold the vision of empowering its communities from an Educational, Health & Wellness & Financial perspective. Each business will operate under the Smart Enterprise brand, and our goal will be to promote community advancement to underserved populations in the local and surrounding communities. Our goal is to provide professional and consistent service to our consumers thru each of our small brands. We will provide community linkage and outreach assistance throughout the course of each year, promoting overall holistic development.

On behalf of the EB Smart Enterprise 5K Committee and the 12 Branches Board, thank you to everyone who participated in, donated, sponsored and/or volunteered in the 2023 Diabetes Awareness 5k Run/Walk.
This important event was held on Saturday, August 19th at Earle May Boat Basin in Bainbridge, GA. The morning was filled with lots of excitement, laughter and most of all sunshine as volunteers helped greet participants, coordinated onsite registration, distributed t-shirt and goody bags, passed out water on the race trail, cheered on participants as they began and finished the race and helped with countless other tasks that contributed to the success of the race.
We had 34 participants this year and were happy to see familiar faces from last year, as well as lots of new ones joining us for the first time. Your participation and support will help ensure we are doing all we can to fight Diabetes one step at a time as well as honor our Grandparents Emory and Bernice Smart.

Smart Enterprise LLC is group of individual businesses owned by the children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren of Emory and Bernice Smart. Together, they had 12 children, 42 grandchildren, 89 great-grandchildren, and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
